WHY IT EXISTS
The defining advantage is not only 8,000 lumens. The I600 platform can be paired with an unusually broad ILD lens family, from ultra-short-throw through long-throw optics, giving the designer far more freedom over projector location.

At this level, the projector is one component of a complete optical system: screen, lens, throw, room surfaces, processing, cooling and calibration all matter.
